Cooking
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet, flesh side up. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat, ensuring it is well coated.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For the best results, do not overcook the lobster to avoid tough meat. Consider pairing with crusty bread, salad, or steamed vegetables. A glass of white wine enhances the dish.
