Ingredients

Lobster Preparation
  • 2 pieces lobster tails
Garlic Butter Mixture
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
Garnish
  • to taste Chopped parsley For garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, stopping at the end. Gently pull the meat out slightly, keeping it attached at the base.
Cooking
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet, flesh side up. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat, ensuring it is well coated.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For the best results, do not overcook the lobster to avoid tough meat. Consider pairing with crusty bread, salad, or steamed vegetables. A glass of white wine enhances the dish.
