  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, diced
Sauce Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing until well coated with the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

For added flavor, marinate the chicken in Italian seasoning before cooking. Substitute half-and-half for a lighter option, and consider adding vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes for color and nutrition.
