- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper for a few hours before cooking. You can substitute chicken breasts for thighs if you prefer a leaner meat, but cooking times may vary. Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the sauce for added nutrition and flavor.
