  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken.
  3. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink. Top each chicken breast with a slice of Swiss cheese.
  4. Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder to the sauce mixture. Serve with rice or noodles.
