Ingredients
  

For the dip
  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easier blending.
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley) for garnish
  • Vegetables or crackers for serving Great with fresh veggie sticks or favorite crackers.

Preparation
  1. In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs.
  5. Serve with sliced vegetables or crackers.

Notes

To store leftovers, place the dip in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for about 3 to 5 days. It's best to add the garnish just before serving. You can add red pepper flakes for some heat if desired.
