  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon Feel free to adjust to taste.

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the apples into thin wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, sugar, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg and mix it with water.
  5. Dip the apple slices in the egg mixture, then coat them with the flour mix.
Cooking
  1. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and add the apple fries in a single layer.
  2. Air fry for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.

Notes

For storage, let the apple fries cool completely before placing them in an airtight container. Store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
