Air Frying
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease the basket; then, place coated cod fillets in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cod is opaque, flaky, and the crust is golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the cod from the air fryer and serve immediately, optionally with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
