  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings and olive oil. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Baking
  1. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack, ensuring they are not touching each other.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve wings with your favorite dipping sauces, like ranch dressing or blue cheese. For storage, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
