- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and baking powder.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken wings and toss until they are well coated.
Baking
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack, ensuring they are not touching each other.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve wings with your favorite dipping sauces, like ranch dressing or blue cheese. For storage, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
