  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Your favorite wing sauce (optional) Use after baking if desired.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
  2. Remove from oven and toss with your favorite wing sauce if desired.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.

Notes

For crispier wings, use a wire rack on the baking sheet for air circulation. Try different spice blends like Cajun seasoning or lemon pepper for variety.
