Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread the creamy brie evenly over the flatbread.
- Spoon cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the flatbread is crispy.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and slice into pieces before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. To reheat, place back in the oven for a few minutes.
