  • 1 piece flatbread Any type of flatbread such as naan or pita.
  • 4 oz creamy brie cheese Use high-quality brie for best results.
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce Can be homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Drizzle before baking to enhance flavor.
Garnish
  • to taste Fresh rosemary or thyme Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the creamy brie evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the flatbread is crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and slice into pieces before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. To reheat, place back in the oven for a few minutes.
