  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and mix until the mixture is crumbly.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are patted dry with a paper towel.
  4. Evenly press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet, creating a consistent crust.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily, and the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve the crispy Parmesan salmon immediately, garnished with fresh lemon wedges.

Notes

For an extra crispy topping, you can broil the salmon for the last 1-2 minutes, but watch it closely to prevent burning.
