Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and shreds easily.
  2. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir it into the sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve on buns as sandwiches.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate the chicken in the BBQ sauce overnight before cooking. Adjust garlic and onion according to your taste. For added spiciness, consider adding hot sauce or cayenne pepper.
