Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, serve hot in bowls with tortilla strips, avocado, cheese, and cilantro as toppings.
Notes
To store, let soup cool before transferring to an airtight container. Refrigerate for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat before serving.
