  • 1.5 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips semisweet or milk, optional
  • 0.25 tsp Salt

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Combine milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, chocolate chips (if using), and salt in the slow cooker.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-1.5 hours, stirring occasionally until heated through and chocolate chips are melted.
  4. Switch to the "warm" setting if available, and serve directly from the pot.

Notes
