  • 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • to taste Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the steak pieces in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Pour the mixture over the steak in the slow cooker.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Leftover Crockpot Steak Bites can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Freeze for up to three months. For extra flavor, marinate the steak pieces in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce before cooking.
