Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chickpea flour, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, ground flaxseeds, chia seeds, salt, oregano, and nutritional yeast.
  3. Pour in the boiling water and stir until all the ingredients are combined. You should have a thick, sticky dough.
  4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out with a rolling pin until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Cut the rolled dough into squares or rectangles using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  6. Place the cut crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crunchy.
  8. Allow the crackers to cool before serving.

Notes

Once cooled, store the crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. For longer preservation, keep them in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Experiment with different seeds and seasonings based on your taste preferences.
