- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the crushed peanuts to add a crunchy texture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the parchment paper, leaving space between each dollop.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until the bites are solid.
Notes
Store the frozen yogurt bites in an airtight container in the freezer. They are best enjoyed within a couple of weeks.
