  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter You can also use crunchy peanut butter for more texture.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste for sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts For added crunch.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in the crushed peanuts to add a crunchy texture.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  4. Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the parchment paper, leaving space between each dollop.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until the bites are solid.

Notes

Store the frozen yogurt bites in an airtight container in the freezer. They are best enjoyed within a couple of weeks.
