  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
For Baking

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Add salt and water, stirring until well mixed.
  4. Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes until it thickens.
  5. Drizzle in olive oil and mix well.
Baking
  1. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crunchy.
  3. Allow to cool before breaking into pieces.

Notes
