Ingredients
  

Pistachio Spread
  • 2 cups raw pistachios 250g
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 50 g white chocolate (melted) or dairy-free white chocolate, optional for extra creaminess
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder optional, for extra green color
  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil optional
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut 150g
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (melted) 200g
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 10 pieces strawberries

Method
 

Pistachio Spread Preparation
  1. In a food processor, combine the raw pistachios and salt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. If you want extra creaminess, add melted white chocolate, matcha powder, and butter or coconut oil. Blend until well combined.
Coating the Strawberries
  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips and mix in coconut oil for a smooth texture.
  2. Dip each strawberry into the melted dark chocolate, covering it fully, then let the excess chocolate drip off.
  3. Roll the chocolate-covered strawberries in shredded coconut for a fun finish.
Final Touch
