  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cups Frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large baking dish, combine the diced chicken, chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Stir everything together until well combined. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and frozen dumplings, ensuring they are evenly distributed in the dish.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the dumplings are tender and heated through. Stir halfway for even cooking.
  4. Remove from the oven and let stand for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh green onions if desired.

Notes
