Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced Choose ripe strawberries for optimal flavor.
  • 1 cup blueberries Fresh or thawed from frozen are both suitable.
  • 1 cup banana slices Use ripe bananas for the best sweetness.
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks Fresh or canned (drained) pineapple can be used.
Additional Ingredients
  • 1 cup whipped cream (optional) To be folded in for added creaminess.
  • to taste Mint leaves for garnish Fresh mint makes for a nice presentation.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, and pineapple chunks.
  2. Toss gently to mix the fruits.
  3. If desired, fold in whipped cream for added creaminess.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best eaten within a day or two. Drizzle honey or lime juice over the fruit for extra flavor. Customize with seasonal fruits.
