  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork, then add granulated sugar and brown sugar, mixing well.
  2. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk until combined.
Combining and Baking
  1. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined and being careful not to overmix.
  2. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  3. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
