Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, and bell pepper.
  2. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Form the mixture into a ball shape.
  5. Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts, coating it evenly.
  6. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Serving
  1. Place the cheese ball on a platter alongside some crackers or veggie sticks.
  2. Optionally add additional toppings, like extra chopped nuts or herbs, for a decorative touch.

Notes

Can be made a day in advance. Store leftovers tightly wrapped in the fridge for 3-5 days. Experiment by adding chopped olives, diced ham, or hot sauce for variations.
