- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, arranging graham crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar, bringing to a boil and cooking for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Pour the hot toffee mixture evenly over the graham crackers, then bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
