  • 0.5 Onion small, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides, then remove and set aside.
  2. Reduce heat to medium, add chopped onion and minced garlic to the same skillet, and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Whisk in softened cream cheese, chicken broth, milk, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir constantly until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating it evenly with the creamy sauce, and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving hot.
