  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Seasoning of choice (optional) Feel free to use your favorite spices.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, and salt.
  3. Add water and olive oil, stirring until well combined and a dough forms.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pressing it down firmly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  2. Allow to cool, then break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Store your Crunchy Seed Crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them and let thaw at room temperature before eating. Make sure to press the mixture firmly on the baking sheet for even baking. Experiment with different spices or herbs for added flavor.
