Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Fruit Juice 100% juice
  • 4 tablespoons Gelatin (unflavored)
  • 2 tablespoons Sweetener (honey or maple syrup) optional

Method
 

Steps
  1. In a small saucepan, pour half of the fruit juice and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over it; let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining fruit juice and optional sweetener; mix well.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, or until the gummies are firm.
  6. Remove the gummies from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

For a tarter gummy, add a squeeze of lemon juice. You can also experiment with different fruit juices and natural food colorings.
