  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chia seeds, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until combined.
  2. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent chia seeds from clumping.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Serving
  1. When ready to serve, give it a good stir and top with fresh fruit or nuts if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving as chia seeds may settle. Experiment with different types of milk and toppings for variety.
