Making the Spoons
- Melt the dark and milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Stir in the unsweetened cocoa powder and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Carefully spoon the chocolate mixture onto the bowls of the spoons, ensuring a generous amount.
- Immediately sprinkle with mini marshmallows and sprinkles, pressing them gently into the chocolate.
- Place the spoons on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until completely set.
Notes
