- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy corn muffin mix, drained whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter; mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and set in the center. Optionally, sprinkle with shredded cheese during the last 10 minutes of baking.
- Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving to allow it to set.
Notes
For an extra cheesy kick, sprinkle about 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking for a golden, bubbly finish.
