  • 1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (8.5 oz)
  • 1 can Whole kernel corn (15 oz), drained
  • 1 can Cream-style corn (15 oz)
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Butter (1 stick), melted

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy corn muffin mix, drained whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter; mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and set in the center. Optionally, sprinkle with shredded cheese during the last 10 minutes of baking.
  5. Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving to allow it to set.

Notes

For an extra cheesy kick, sprinkle about 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking for a golden, bubbly finish.
