Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats Rolled or quick oats work well
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew) Choose your favorite nut butter
  • 1/2 cup protein powder Any flavor you prefer
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup For sweetness
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips Optional, for added flavor
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds Optional, for texture and crunch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, nut butter, protein powder, and honey or maple syrup.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. If desired, fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts or seeds.
  4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the dish.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
  6. Cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

Store your Easy Protein Bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for longer storage. Feel free to add dried fruit or coconut flakes for extra flavor.
