Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, nut butter, protein powder, and honey or maple syrup.
- Mix until well combined.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts or seeds.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the dish.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Store your Easy Protein Bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for longer storage. Feel free to add dried fruit or coconut flakes for extra flavor.
