Waffles
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese full-fat
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Salt A pinch
  • 1-2 tbsp Sweetener optional

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Pour about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the batter onto the hot waffle iron, depending on its size.
  4. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the waffle is golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Carefully remove the cooked waffle and repeat with the remaining batter; serve immediately with your desired toppings.

Notes

For best results, ensure your waffle iron is well-greased and preheated. Adjust sweetness to your liking. Serve with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, syrup, or a dollop of Greek yogurt.
