- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in the Cocoa Krispies until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Let the mixture cool slightly so it’s easier to handle.
- Spray your hands with non-stick spray and shape the mixture into football shapes.
- Place them on a baking sheet or cutting board.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set.
- Use white cookie icing to draw the football lines and laces on each treat.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For humid areas, tightly wrap them with plastic wrap to avoid stickiness. Try using different types of sprinkles or edible glitter for decoration.
