Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 2 boxes Boxes of Brownie Mix Or a double batch of homemade brownies
Frosting and Decoration
  • 1 White Frosting
  • 1-3 jars Edible Gel Food Coloring Alternative: no artificial dye food coloring
  • to taste Edible Gold Stars
  • to taste White Pearl Sprinkles
  • as needed Icing Bags
  • 1 Frosting Tips (large star – 1M)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to your brownie box instructions and spray a 9-inch springform pan with spray oil.
  2. Mix both boxes of brownie mixes and pour them into the springform pan.
  3. Bake according to the packaging instructions, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Once the brownie has baked and cooled, remove it from the springform pan, place it on a cutting board, and cut the brownie into 8 triangles.
Decorating
  1. In a small bowl, mix white frosting with red food coloring.
  2. In a second small bowl, mix white frosting with green food coloring.
  3. Place the red frosting, green frosting, and white frosting in individual icing bags with your favorite frosting tips.
  4. Decorate your Christmas Tree Brownies with green frosting, white pearl sprinkles, and edible gold stars, and your Santa Claus Hat Brownies with green and white frosting.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, or refrigerate for a longer shelf life. Allow refrigerated brownies to come to room temperature before serving.
