  • 1 Refrigerated Pie Crust 9-inch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Melt butter, then whisk in sugar until combined and smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt, mixing until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pie crust.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  2. Let the pie cool completely on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
