Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- In a larger bowl, mix flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and melted butter, and stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll the dough into small balls, dip them in melted butter mixed with garlic and Parmesan, and place them in a greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Let the bread sit a few minutes before serving. It pairs well with soups, salads, or can be enjoyed as a snack on its own. You can also sprinkle additional parsley on top for a fresh touch.
