  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter (4 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup red and green M&M's
  • 2 cups gluten-free pretzels (broken)

Instructions
  1. Combine gluten-free cereal and broken gluten-free pretzels in a large bowl.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, and butter together, then stir in vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and pretzel mixture, stirring gently with a spatula until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the coated mixture into a large resealable bag with powdered sugar, seal, and shake until all pieces are thoroughly covered.
  5. Spread the Reindeer Chow onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, scatter with red and green M&M's, and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to set.
  6. Once set, break the chow into pieces and store it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
