  • 1 cup Green olives, pitted
  • 4 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

Making the Dip
  1. Combine pitted green olives, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped fresh parsley, and black pepper in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still slightly chunky, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, taste, and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Notes

Serve chilled with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables. For a creamier dip, add a tablespoon of Greek yogurt or cream cheese.
