Making the Dip
- Combine pitted green olives, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped fresh parsley, and black pepper in a food processor.
- Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still slightly chunky, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, taste, and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Notes
Serve chilled with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables. For a creamier dip, add a tablespoon of Greek yogurt or cream cheese.
