  • 1 cup Green tea, brewed, strong
  • 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 tbsp Gelatin powder, unflavored
  • 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the brewed green tea, fresh lemon juice, grated ginger, and your chosen sweetener.
  2. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until the sweetener is fully dissolved and the liquid is warm but not boiling.
  3. Gradually whisk in the unflavored gelatin powder, ensuring there are no lumps, until the mixture is smooth and fully incorporated.
  4. Carefully pour the liquid mixture into silicone gummy molds using a dropper or a small spoon, filling each cavity evenly.
  5. Place the filled molds in the refrigerator for at least 90 minutes, or until the gummies are firm and set.

Notes

For an extra zing, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. Store gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
