Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the cubed chicken, BBQ sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken and pineapple pieces onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and pineapple.
Grilling
- Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
Serving
- Serve warm and enjoy! These kabobs are best served right off the grill, garnished with fresh herbs and paired with a side salad or rice.
Notes
If you have leftovers, let the kabobs cool completely. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. To reheat, place them on a grill or in the oven.
