  • 2 pieces Lobster tails Use fresh lobster tails if possible.
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Melted.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Thaw frozen lobster tails by placing them in the refrigerator overnight or submerging them in cold water for a couple of hours.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Cut the tops of the lobster shells down the middle with a sharp knife.
  4. Gently pull the meat from the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  6. Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
Cooking
  1. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, for about 5-7 minutes until grill marks form.
  2. Flip them and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, basting with the butter mixture.
  3. Remove from grill and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve grilled lobster tails hot off the grill, with extra lemon wedges and melted butter on the side for dipping. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
