- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping and green food coloring until the dip is uniformly green and fluffy.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the Grinch Dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and for it to chill.
- Serve chilled with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fruit.
Notes
For an extra festive touch, add a few red sprinkles before serving. This dip can be made a day in advance.
