Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks and avocado together until smooth.
  4. Add lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
  5. Spoon or pipe the guacamole mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

These eggs can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days for best taste. Avoid longer storage to retain freshness. Customize with diced tomatoes, red onion, or crumbled bacon for added crunch.
