Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the applesauce, melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined. If using, fold in dark chocolate chips or nuts.
Baking
- Scoop tablespoons of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Cooling
- Allow to cool before enjoying your guilt-free cookies.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. Room temperature ingredients are recommended for better mixing.
