Method
 

Basic Steps
  1. Pour fruit juice into a small saucepan and sprinkle gelatin powder over it; let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Heat the saucepan over low heat, stirring until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth; do not boil.
  3. If desired, stir in honey or maple syrup; then pour the warm mixture into silicone gummy bear molds using a dropper or small spoon.
  4. Transfer molds to the refrigerator and chill for 60-90 minutes until firm; gently remove bears and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

For extra flavor and nutrients, try adding a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a pinch of vitamin C powder to your mixture.
