- In a small bowl, combine the cold water and unflavored gelatin powder, allowing it to bloom for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, gently heat the hot water, fresh lemon juice, turmeric powder, erythritol, and a pinch of black pepper until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the hot mixture and whisk continuously until it is completely dissolved and no lumps remain.
- Carefully pour the liquid mixture into your silicone gummy molds, filling each cavity evenly.
- Refrigerate the molds for at least 60 minutes, or until the gummies are firm and set, then remove from molds and serve.
Notes
Store these gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. For an extra zing, consider adding a pinch of ground ginger to the mixture along with the turmeric.
