Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, maple syrup, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until smooth and well combined.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them two inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten each cookie with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
