Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the chopped herbs, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Place the halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press the herb mixture onto the top of each fillet.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Reheat in the oven at low heat.
