Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 12 pieces Egg roll wrappers
  • 2 cups Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 cup Carrots (julienned)
  • 1 cup Green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (grated)
  • cooking spray Cooking spray For spraying egg rolls before air frying
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay out egg roll wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the turkey mixture in the center of each wrapper.
  3. Fold the sides over the filling and then roll tightly.
Cooking
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Best enjoyed immediately after cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in an air fryer for best results.
