Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out egg roll wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the turkey mixture in the center of each wrapper.
- Fold the sides over the filling and then roll tightly.
Cooking
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Best enjoyed immediately after cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in an air fryer for best results.
