Main Ingredients
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 packet instant yeast (2¼ teaspoons)
  • cups warm water (about 110°F) Ensure it's warm but not hot to avoid killing the yeast.
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
  2. Gradually add the warm water while stirring with a spoon.
  3. Once the dough starts to come together, knead it for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
  6. Shape each piece into a ball and place them in a greased baking dish.
  7. Cover the rolls again and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Baking

  4. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
